Manufacturing Process:

The manufacturing process of organic manure involves several steps:

• Collection of Raw Materials: Organic materials such as animal manure, crop residues, kitchen waste, and plant matter are collected.
• Composting: The collected materials are piled up in controlled conditions and allowed to decompose over time. This composting process involves the breakdown of organic matter by microorganisms, resulting in the formation of nutrient-rich humus.
• Curing and Ageing: The composted material is further aged and cured to stabilize the nutrient content and eliminate any pathogens or weed seeds present.
• Grinding and Sieving: The cured organic matter is crushed or ground into smaller particles and sieved to achieve a uniform texture.
• Packaging: The final organic manure is packaged in bags or containers, ready for distribution and use in agricultural practices in bulk, and customized demands of customers.
